Nothing can be more frustrating than to hire someone to do a job and have them not live up to what they promise to deliver. We all have had those experiences including myself. I believe in the golden rule. I promise to treat you as I want to be treated. I will always go the extra mile to do exactly what I say, in the time frame I tell you, and for the price I quote you. Although I do advertise, most of my business comes by referal from a long list of happy customers. I would appreciate the opportunity to add your name to that list.

Name change!
I started in 1981 as Gary Pond Upholstery. Around 1998 I changed my name to Gary Pond and Son, in honor of my son Michael who was helping me. He told me back then, " You know dad, you'll have to change that back some day." This was the year. Although you still may see him occasionally helping with pick up and delivery, he works full time on his own now, so I have lost the best helper around. He has a beautiful daughter named Anjelle, so I'm thinking maybe Gary Pond and Grandaughter some day.

Quality and durability are very important to me. I don't take shortcuts on the fabrics and supplies that I use. I buy only high quality upholstery fabric. I don't sell anything that is sold simply for designer value. Although I will work with fabric that the customer supplies, I highly reccommend fabrics from Oklahoma Upholstery Supply. The sofa on the left is done in one of their fabrics.
